Sarah McArthur is creative thought partner and trusted advisor to world- class leaders in the areas of content, book, brand, and audience development. Her mission is to help individuals and organizations work together towards a bright future.

Sarah’s clients include former CEO of Boeing Commercial Airlines and Ford Motor Company Alan Mulally, considered one of the greatest leaders of the 21st Century, and Connie Dieken, the country's foremost Fortune 500 leadership communication coach, an Emmy® Award-winning former television news anchor, and an inductee of the Radio/Television Broadcasters Hall of Fame.

 

With more than two decades of experience in publishing most prominently as an author, editor, and creative thought partner, Sarah has authored and edited numerous books including Work Is Love Made Visible with Marshall Goldsmith, Frances Hesselbein, and foreword by Alan Mulally, and Coaching for Leadership: Writings on Leadership from the World's Greatest Coaches with Marshall Goldsmith and Laurence Lyons.

Sarah has played significant roles in many other book projects including the #1 New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling Triggers, and Amazon.com, USA Today, and Wall Street Journal #1 best-seller What Got You Here Won’t Get You There.

 

Former COO of Marshall Goldsmith Inc., Sarah spent more than a decade managing the company’s projects, programs, and daily operations and leading many exciting initiatives. These included the development, coordination, and promotion of Marshall’s pay-it-forward legacy project, 100 Coaches; his highly successful Thinkers50 and LinkedIn video and written blogs; and the client sessions, dinners, and events that are “a mark that you have made it” according to the prestigious folks at Thinkers50.

 

A certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and member of the 100 Coaches, Sarah has a BA in English and Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon and a Masters in Publishing from The George Washington University.
